Accessibility statement

Drop Interactive is committed to making the Drop Event platform accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the “European Accessibility Act”), transposed into French law by Law No. 2023-171 of 9 March 2023 and Decree No. 2023-931 of 9 October 2023.

Scope of this statement

This statement applies to the event registration service of helplee-event.com:

  • event registration pages (helplee-event.com/event-name/) and their translated versions;
  • the registration form and its anti-robot check;
  • the registration confirmation e-mail and the attached calendar file (.ics);
  • the “Data management policy” page for registrants;
  • this accessibility statement.

The management area reserved for Drop Interactive’s organiser clients (a professional tool, not intended for consumers) falls outside the scope of the Directive and of this statement.

Content entered by organisers (texts, logo and its text alternative, form questions) is their responsibility. The platform provides safeguards: colours with insufficient contrast are rejected, a default text alternative is offered for the logo, and links are restricted and announced when they open in a new tab.

Compliance status

The helplee-event.com registration service is fully compliant with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, whose chapter 9 incorporates the WCAG 2.1 level AA success criteria. Compliance with this standard gives a presumption of conformity with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882.

This status is based on a manual audit carried out on 19 October 2026 by [name of the auditor or organisation], following the RGAA 4.1.2 method applied to the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria of chapter 9 of the standard: all applicable criteria are met.

What has been put in place

  • Structured pages (headings, landmarks, skip links), declared language, a unique page title that reflects the state of the form.
  • Keyboard-operable form: every field has a visible label, required fields are stated in words and errors are described in plain language next to the field concerned.
  • Anti-robot check with no image, puzzle or audio: a single checkbox, verified automatically, with no restrictive time limit (valid for 24 hours).
  • Access information (address, parking, access for people with reduced mobility) always given as text; the map is never the only way to find the venue.
  • Checked colour contrasts, buttons and input fields at least 44 pixels high, Luciole typeface designed for people with low vision.
  • Confirmation e-mail readable without images, with a plain-text version.
  • Language selector usable with a keyboard and a screen reader; untranslated text marked up in its original language.
  • The registration page link is always provided next to the QR code.

Non-accessible content

Known non-conformities

No non-conformity was found during the audit.

Third-party content not subject to the requirements

  • OpenStreetMap interactive map: its keyboard and screen reader operation does not depend on Drop Interactive. The venue address, a “Plan my route” link and a link to the larger map are provided as alternatives.

Exemptions

No exemption for disproportionate burden or fundamental alteration of the service is claimed.

Preparation of this statement

  • Date: 19 October 2026.
  • Method: manual audit of the registration pages, the form, the confirmation e-mail and the data policy page, in French and English, supplemented by automated tests (axe-core).
  • Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA.
  • Test environment: [browsers and assistive technologies used during the audit, for example Firefox with NVDA, Safari with VoiceOver].
  • Next review: no later than 19 October 2027, or whenever the service changes significantly.
