{"id":83,"date":"2026-10-19T18:50:27","date_gmt":"2026-10-19T16:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drop-event.com\/accessibility-statement\/"},"modified":"2026-10-19T19:56:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T17:56:08","slug":"accessibility-statement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.helplee-event.com\/en\/accessibility-statement\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility statement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Drop Interactive<\/strong> is committed to making the Drop Event platform accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019\/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the \u201cEuropean Accessibility Act\u201d), transposed into French law by Law No. 2023-171 of 9 March 2023 and Decree No. 2023-931 of 9 October 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of this statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This statement applies to the event registration service of helplee-event.com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>event registration pages (helplee-event.com\/event-name\/) and their translated versions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the registration form and its anti-robot check;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the registration confirmation e-mail and the attached calendar file (.ics);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the \u201cData management policy\u201d page for registrants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this accessibility statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The management area reserved for Drop Interactive\u2019s organiser clients (a professional tool, not intended for consumers) falls outside the scope of the Directive and of this statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Content entered by organisers (texts, logo and its text alternative, form questions) is their responsibility. The platform provides safeguards: colours with insufficient contrast are rejected, a default text alternative is offered for the logo, and links are restricted and announced when they open in a new tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The helplee-event.com registration service is <strong>fully compliant<\/strong> with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, whose chapter 9 incorporates the WCAG 2.1 level AA success criteria. Compliance with this standard gives a presumption of conformity with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019\/882.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This status is based on a manual audit carried out on 19 October 2026 by [name of the auditor or organisation], following the RGAA 4.1.2 method applied to the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria of chapter 9 of the standard: all applicable criteria are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What has been put in place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structured pages (headings, landmarks, skip links), declared language, a unique page title that reflects the state of the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keyboard-operable form: every field has a visible label, required fields are stated in words and errors are described in plain language next to the field concerned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti-robot check with no image, puzzle or audio: a single checkbox, verified automatically, with no restrictive time limit (valid for 24 hours).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access information (address, parking, access for people with reduced mobility) always given as text; the map is never the only way to find the venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checked colour contrasts, buttons and input fields at least 44 pixels high, Luciole typeface designed for people with low vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation e-mail readable without images, with a plain-text version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language selector usable with a keyboard and a screen reader; untranslated text marked up in its original language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The registration page link is always provided next to the QR code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-accessible content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Known non-conformities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No non-conformity was found during the audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-party content not subject to the requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap interactive map<\/strong>: its keyboard and screen reader operation does not depend on Drop Interactive.
